Customers can now reserve a premium parking spot prior to or upon arrival at Miami-Dade’s largest shopping outlet
“MyPark provides a convenient service to customers who may be pressed for time, or simply want a premium parking spot close to one of our entrances or the food court,” said Pete Marrero, general manager of Dolphin Mall. “We are certain our customers will appreciate the ease of this great new feature.”
Premium spaces may be reserved for $3 for the first two hours and $3 per hour thereafter. Visitors can reserve one of 35 spaces within the following five sections:
- Section P1, 16 spaces (Near Entry 3 by Cheesecake Factory)
- Section P2, 5 spaces (Near Entry 2 by Old Navy)
- Section P3, 5 spaces (Near Entry 8 by the food court)
- Section P4, 5 spaces (Near Entry 5 by Marshalls)
- Section P5,4 spaces (Near Entry 4 by Ross, Polo Ralph Lauren and P.F. Chang’s)
Spaces can be booked on demand or reserved in advance, through the app, for $3 for up to two hours and $3 each additional hour. MyPark-trained attendants are on site until Friday, January 11th to help customers download and navigate the app, and assist with any parking questions.

Users can go to the usemypark.com website and click on the links to their respective app stores or download the app directly from the Android or iOS stores, register and tell the app where and when they would like to park. Then they choose the section they want (the best spot is selected automatically by default) and confirm their reservation. Once users arrive at their reserved space, they simply tap “Let Me In” on their iOS or Android device and the unique MyPark reservation device will lower to give them access.
